"DO NOT TRUST STATE FARM — Especially the Sacramento Claims Center & Zuray Insurance Agency State Farm has been a complete nightmare. I pay full coverage for four vehicles, including uninsured motorist protection — yet when I was hit by a drunk, underage, uninsured driver (I am NOT at fault), they left me stranded. It’s been over 60 days and I’ve received: NO rental NO repair support NO clear direction for medical bills or bodily injury claims NO accountability The Sacramento State Farm claims office has been completely unresponsive, with zero follow-up and no urgency. I was forced to tow my car multiple times back and forth to Caliber Collision because of their disorganization, wasting my time and money. The agents at Zuray Insurance Agency (Traci, Zuray) and Total Loss Specialist Nikolai have been dishonest, negligent, and evasive. I’ve been repeatedly lied to, ignored, and left completely in the dark. I’ve had to chase every update myself, with no results — just silence and stress. Despite paying thousands in premiums, I’ve been left with a wrecked vehicle, growing medical bills, and no assistance or resolution. State Farm has caused severe disruption to my life and continues to show they do not care about their customers — only collecting money. Their slogan says “Like a good neighbor” — but in reality, State Farm is more like a scam artist hiding behind a friendly jingle. This company failed me at every level. Save yourself the pain and stress. Avoid State Farm at all costs."
